Richard Roberts
Richard Roberts provides both Client Management and Professional Recruitment services with HC Solutions Group. With approximately 20 years of Account Management and Recruitment experience, Richard is a high-performance proven leader in the Recruitment industry. Richard has worked in staffing since 2004 and has a strong background in growing new and existing markets, developing various recruitment verticals, President’s Club level sales performance and Strategic Leadership.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Business Management from East Carolina University. Richard also earned his Eagle Scout through Boy Scouts of America. Outside of Work, Richard enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Crystal and their young daughter in Clayton, NC.

Mike Riemenschneider
Mike Riemenschneider provides both Recruitment and Account Management services to the professionals and clients he partners with. With over 15 years of recruitment, sales, health care and human services experience, Mike delivers industry leading solutions in the Health Care and Information Technology recruitment verticals. An industry veteran since 2006, Mike has extensive experience in market development, service line expansion, high-level recruitment success and company growth.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science Degree in Health Care Administration from Champlain College. Outside of HC Solutions Group, Mike enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Charlotte and two young children in Raleigh, NC.

Sarah Camp
Sarah Camp provides recruitment and business development services with HC Solutions Group. With over 5 years of Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management experience, Sarah provides recruitment expertise for a wide array of positions and industries to successfully link candidates to long lasting, fulfilling positions. Her recruitment areas of expertise include Engineering, Architecture, Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, Finance and Information Technology.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Cortland. Outside of her career, she enjoys gardening, art, traveling, animals, and exploring various spots around Raleigh, NC.

Matt Kosciolek
Matt Kosciolek specializes in Recruitment and Account Management with HC Solutions Group, providing consulting services with candidates and clients across multiple industries. In addition to his Recruitment and Account Management services, Matt has over 15 years of Education experience.
Matt holds a Master of Education Degree, and obtained his Bachelor of Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He is also a former Division 2 College Football Student-Athlete. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his 3 boys in the Lehigh Valley, PA area.
